Sam, That’s correct, and it doesn’t allow me to sell, lease, or give away the beat to anyone else. Sometimes people just like a beat a lot and they don’t want others to be able to use it.

if i buy 1 of your beats can sum1 else buy the same beat sumwhere else and have the same right to it as i do?also i wrote a song to the beat ambush “fire”!how can i get it to u?i havnt recorded it or anything its just verses with the hook is that cool?

I wrote a song to Ambush too, and its going to get radio play. Since I downloaded it while it was free, if someone else buys it, does that retro-actively bone me on the rights?

Lil’Peezy – Nah, you’re fine. If someone buys exclusive rights then the beat will be removed from the site and will not be given away or sold from that point forward, but any previous uses of the beat are safe. It’s more beneficial to buy a beat as soon as it is uploaded, that way you know it hasn’t been used to any extent.
